IDLE ON GASOLINE!
The PRIMER PLUS system has became the standard in priming systems for alcohol burning engines. This system is extremely versatile and can be used in a number of ways including:
- As a basic priming system for starting the engine. The equally distributed mist of fuel from the specially designed spray bar results in excellent cold starting capabilities for your alcohol engine.
- It can be used as a gasoline idling system to aid in warming the engine and driveline components on race day or for routine weekly maintenance. The engine will quickly warm to 180* of water temperature.
- The PRIMER PLUS can be used for all of the racecar's activities from the pits, to the burnout box and back to the trailer after a pass.
- 92 or 93 octane pump gas is recommended for use with this system but racing gasoline can also be used.

BASIC PRIMER SYSTEM - $210
This system utilizes a one quart JAZ fuel cell, electric fuel pump, alcohol compatible solenoid, 40” injector hose, non-aerated injector body, nozzle jet and momentary switch. The injector is plumbed into the neck of your manifold (or a spacer plate) and is used for adding gasoline to the plenum of the engine to aid engine start-ups. Add $50 for Dual Throttle Body System. Add $110 for special order one gallon JAZ fuel cell.
PRIMER PLUS SYSTEM - $410
This system also utilizes a one quart JAZ fuel cell, electric fuel pump, alcohol compatible solenoid and 40” injector hose. In place of the injector is a ¾” CNC aluminum plate that utilized between your manifold and throttle body that features a custom spray bar/injector and needle valve assembly. With this and the use of a toggle switch (provided) the system can be used to not only start the engine but idle the engine and drive the car on gasoline. When ordered please specify what type of throttle body or carburetor you are going to utilize it under. Add $125 for Dual Throttle Body System. Add $110 for special order one gallon JAZ fuel cell.
PRIMER PLUS CONVERSION - $210
If you already own a Basic Primer and wish to upgrade it to the Primer Plus this is for you. This kit features same ¾” CNC plate, custom spray bar/injector assembly, needle valve assembly and toggle switch used in the Primer Plus and it used to convert a Basic Primer to Primer Plus. When ordered please specify what type of throttle body or carburetor you are going to utilize it under. Add $125 for Dual Throttle Body System.

This can be used to not only start the engine but idle the engine and drive the car on gasoline. Add $110 for special order one gallon JAZ fuel cell.
